I was very impressed with Sincere Psychiatry. I called on a Monday late afternoon and they got me in for the next day. There are after hour appointments and telehealth options, so I can say they’re very accommodating. I spoke with one of the nurse practitioners and was highly impressed with the level of compassion and understanding. I feel felt heard.

I had initial appointment with Josie, which was excellent. I felt very comfortable and I was in good hands however, trying to make an appointment without a client portal without a phone number that works to get a person on phone is very frustrating. I just wanted to make an appointment because I need an appointment ASAP for refill and I couldn’t seem to do it.

As the name suggests, Mr. Sincere was an awesome provider that not only made my needs a priority, but provided advice and guidance to me to live a full life. I would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone seeking great care :-)

My initial appointment with Josie was excellent. I was able to express all of my concerns without feeling rushed. It was a very comprehensive appointment and I felt comfortable with speaking with her. Also amazing staff who were easily accessible through phone. Would definitely recommend!

My previous appointments with Reginald were telemed due to the pandemic and some scheduling issues. The telemed appointments were fantastic and Reginald was thorough and very knowledgeable

, detail oriented and explains everything to you . He has a really great sense of your health issues and resolutions for them. Friday I had my first in office appointment and it was fantastic. I was seen on time, given a thorough assessment .I was very comfortable and feel he addressed all my concerns with a great and caring attitude cannot recommend this office more highly . Ronald Sincere is the absolute most sincere, affordable, solution oriented person I have ever met (no pun intended). This man & his unique techniques of human compassion are the reason why I am still striving - before long, he will have me thriving.
